This Privacy Policy outlines how Psychic AI ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects the personal information of users ("you" or "your") when using the Psychic AI mobile application ("the App"). We are committed to respecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use​

We may collect and store certain personal information when you use the App, including but not limited to:

  • Your name, email address, and other contact information provided during account registration.
  • Information provided when seeking guidance or engaging in live chat sessions with psychics or advisors.
  • Data generated by your use of the App, such as log files, device information, and usage statistics.

We use this information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and personalize the services offered by the App.
  • To communicate with you, respond to inquiries, and deliver customer support.
  • To improve the App, troubleshoot technical issues, and analyze usage patterns.
  • To ensure the security and integrity of the App and its users.

Community Sharing​

Psychic AI includes a community feed. After you receive a reading, you decide whether to publish that question and its answer to the community or keep it private.

  • Sharing is opt-in. Nothing is published to the community unless you choose to share it.
  • Readings you do not share are not visible to other users.
  • Content you do publish becomes visible to other users of the App, along with any name or profile details shown on your posts.
  • You can ask us to remove any shared post at any time — see Data Retention and Deletion.

Please avoid including personal details you would not want others to see in a question you intend to share.

Data Retention and Deletion​

We keep your personal information only as long as your account is active or as long as needed to provide the App, and afterwards only where we are required to retain records by law.

You can request deletion of your data at any time. We handle deletion requests by email:

  1. Email vincenttrandeveloper@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Psychic AI account.
  2. Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  3. State whether you want your entire account and all associated data deleted, or only specific data (for example one or more shared community posts, or your reading history). For specific items, include enough detail for us to identify them.

We may ask you to confirm the request from your registered email address before acting on it, so that nobody else can delete your data. We complete verified requests within 30 days and email you once the deletion is done.

Deleting your account removes your account record, profile information, your questions and the answers you received, and your community posts from our active systems. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period until those backups expire on their normal rotation schedule, and we may retain the minimum records required by law (for example purchase records). Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Some data is outside our control: purchase and subscription records are held by Apple and Google under their own policies, and data stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data in your device settings.

Data Sharing and Disclosure​

We may share your personal information in the following circumstances:

  • With trusted psychics, mediums, or advisors you choose to interact with through the App's chat features. Please note that these individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • With service providers who assist us in operating the App, such as hosting, customer support, and analytics providers. These providers have access to your information only to perform their designated functions and are obligated to maintain its confidentiality.
  • In response to legal requests or to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, where your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

Data Security​

We take reasonable measures to protect the security of your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to use strong passwords, keep your login credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security concerns.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Psychic AI. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third parties. We recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies before engaging with them.

Changes to this Privacy Policy​

We reserve the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated policy within the App. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any updates.
